[Server-sky] Anybody want to process the NORAD two-line elements into potential server-sky colliders?

Nit-picky issue:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two-line_elements says that the code is for
use with the SGP4 model.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SGP4 says that this is for orbital times less
than
225 minutes should use this model (m225 in keith-speak), and that model
SDP4 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SDP4 ) should be used for orbital times
> m225. The SDP4 article also says, however,

Most newer software implementations have merged SGP4 and SDP4

It appears to me that some clarification is on order if we are looking at
m228.
