Google uses around 300MW.  Their 2012 earnings were $50B.  Much
of those earnings resulted from very clever data mining, beyond 
auctioning search words.  IIRC, the 300MW number came from a
google brag page about green energy, and the $50B come from 
their annual SEC filing.
