[Server-sky] GeForce 9800GT

I bought a GeForce 9800GT video card, not for the video but to use
as an array coprocessor.  Using the CUDA language, it can do some
parallelizable tasks at 500 GFlop.  I will make it available for
SSH login to server-sky folks with a good reason to do lots of
computing.
