Is this effort a non-profit, or a for-profit?

If (non-profit:)

Corporate donors usually  require that  donated funds go to a 501c3 tax 
exempt non-profit foundation, so they can get tax write off.

I offer  Leeward Space Foundation as such a collector.

It can take months or years to start a 501c3 from scratch.
